WORKSPACE SETUP

Configure your ParsaLink workspace — invite your team, set up email sending, and connect integrations.

Workspace Basics

Workspace Settings

Your workspace is the shared environment where your entire team’s CRM data lives. Go to Settings → Workspace to configure:
  • Workspace Name — Displayed in the navigation header and outgoing emails.
  • Logo — Upload a PNG or SVG for your workspace branding. Appears in the UI and on proposals.
  • Timezone — Used for scheduling automations and displaying timestamps.
  • Default Currency — Applied to opportunity values across the pipeline.

Team Management

Invite Team Members

1

Open team settings

Navigate to Settings → Team. You’ll see a list of current members and their roles.
2

Send invitations

Click Invite Member and enter the person’s email address. Select a role:
  • Admin — Full access to all settings, billing, and data.
  • User — Access to CRM, automations, calendar, and email. Cannot modify billing or workspace settings.
  • Client Viewer — Read-only access to a limited view. Suitable for sharing progress with clients.
Click Send Invite. The person will receive an email with a link to join the workspace.
3

Manage existing members

From the Team page you can change a member’s role or remove them from the workspace. Removing a member does not delete their data — records they created remain in the CRM.
Billing is based on the number of active seats. Adding a new member will adjust your subscription at the next billing cycle. See Settings → Billing for details.

Email Setup

Set Up Email Sending

ParsaLink supports two methods for sending emails from the CRM: your own SMTP server or Amazon SES via workspace-level configuration.

SMTP (Custom Email Server)

FieldExample
SMTP Hostsmtp.yourprovider.com
Port587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)
Username[email protected]
PasswordYour SMTP password or app password
From NameAcme Sales Team
From Email[email protected]
Click Test Connection to verify the settings before saving.

Amazon SES

  1. Verify your domain in the AWS SES console.
  2. Create an IAM user with ses:SendEmail permission and generate an access key.
  3. Enter the AWS Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, and AWS Region in Settings → Email → SES.
  4. Set your verified From Email address.
Amazon SES accounts start in sandbox mode, which restricts sending to verified email addresses only. Request production access from AWS before sending to real prospects.

Integrations

Connect Integrations

Google Workspace

Sync Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Meet. Log emails automatically and schedule meetings from the CRM.

Microsoft 365

Connect Outlook Calendar, Mail, OneDrive, and Teams for a fully integrated Microsoft workflow.

Twilio

Enable click-to-call, automatic call logging, and SMS sending directly from contact and lead records.
To connect an integration, go to Settings → Integrations, find the provider, and click Connect. You’ll be guided through the OAuth flow or API key entry.
Branding

Workspace Branding on Proposals

When you send proposals to clients, they’re rendered with your workspace name and logo. Make sure both are configured in Settings → Workspace before you start sending proposals so that clients see a professional, branded document.
