Outlook Calendar
What Syncs
- ParsaLink → Outlook: Events created in ParsaLink appear in your Outlook Calendar.
- Outlook → ParsaLink: Events with CRM contacts as attendees are imported and logged on those contacts’ timelines.
- Busy time: Outlook busy times block those slots in your booking link availability.
Configuration

What Syncs
- Sent emails: Emails you send to CRM contacts from Outlook are detected and logged on their activity timelines.
- Received emails: Replies from CRM contacts in Outlook are imported and logged.
- Send from ParsaLink: Emails sent through the ParsaLink composer can route through your Outlook account, so they appear in your Sent folder in Outlook.
