Overview
The Microsoft 365 integration connects your Microsoft account to ParsaLink, enabling Outlook Calendar sync, email logging, OneDrive file access, and automatic Teams meeting link generation.
Connecting Microsoft 365
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365.
- Click Connect with Microsoft.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Accept permissions.
- Configure sync.
Outlook Calendar
- ParsaLink → Outlook: Events sync instantly.
- Outlook → ParsaLink: Imported automatically.
- Busy time: Blocks booking slots.
Outlook Mail
- Sent emails: Logged automatically.
- Received emails: Synced.
- Send from ParsaLink: Uses Outlook account.
OneDrive
Attach OneDrive files to any Account, Contact, or Opportunity; create new Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) inline; sync ParsaLink Documents (proposals, invoices, contracts, etc.) to a folder of your choice. Browse folders, search files, and share links right from the CRM.
Office Documents
Open any Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file linked from the CRM directly in Office Online for in-browser editing. Recent documents are surfaced in a side panel on the contact / account detail pages so you can pick up where you left off without re-navigating.Teams Meetings
Schedule a Teams meeting from a calendar event with one click. The Teams join link is added to the event description; reminders are sent through your Outlook calendar. Instant Teams meetings can also be generated on the fly from the AI chat (“Spin up a quick Teams call with John and send him the link”).Revoking Access
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Disconnect
