REPORTS

Build, save, and share reports with customizable widgets — including AI-generated charts, pipeline views, metrics, and lists.

Overview

What Are Reports?

Reports are collections of widgets that give you a structured view of your CRM data. Unlike the live dashboard (which is personal and pinned to your home screen), reports are named, saved documents that you can revisit, share with your team, or send to stakeholders.Access reports from AI → Reports or CRM → Reports in the sidebar.

Setup

Creating a Report

Click New Report and give it a title and optional description. You start with an empty report canvas and can add as many widgets as you need.

Widgets

Widget Types

Widget TypeDescription
AI ChartA chart generated by asking Parsa AI a natural language question (bar, line, pie, etc.)
PipelineA visual snapshot of your opportunity pipeline by stage — value and deal count
Pipeline HealthDrop-off rate by stage, average cycle time, and stage velocity — built from the opportunity stage-history ledger so it captures real movement, not just the current snapshot
ListA filtered table of CRM records (contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, etc.)
MetricA single key number with optional trend comparison (e.g., total deals closed this month vs. last month)

Workflow

Adding Widgets to a Report

1

Open the report

Go to Reports and open an existing report, or create a new one.
2

Click Add Widget

Click + Add Widget in the report canvas.
3

Choose the widget type

Select from AI Chart, Pipeline, Pipeline Health, List, or Metric.
4

Configure the widget

Each widget type has its own configuration:
  • AI Chart — Enter a natural language question and Parsa AI generates the chart.
  • Pipeline — Select which pipeline or stage range to display.
  • Pipeline Health — Pick a pipeline and a lookback window (30 / 60 / 90 days). Surfaces drop-off rate, average cycle time, and per-stage velocity from the opportunity stage-history ledger.
  • List — Choose the entity type (contacts, leads, etc.) and apply filters.
  • Metric — Select the metric and the comparison period.
5

Save the widget

Click Add to Report. The widget is added to the canvas. Drag to reposition it.

AI Analytics

Saving AI Analytics to Reports

When you run a query in AI → Analytics, you can save the resulting chart directly to any report:
  1. After running the query and seeing the result, click Save to Reports.
  2. Choose an existing report or click Create New Report.
  3. The chart is added as an AI Chart widget to the selected report.
This is the fastest way to build a report — run several analytics queries and save each result to the same report.

Sharing

Public Report Sharing

You can share a report with people outside your workspace — for example, a client or an executive who doesn’t have a ParsaLink account. To share a report publicly:
  1. Open the report.
  2. Click Share → Create Public Link.
  3. Copy the generated URL and send it to the recipient.
The public link shows a read-only, non-interactive version of the report. Viewers can see all widgets but cannot edit the report or access any other part of your workspace. To revoke a public link:
  1. Open the report.
  2. Click Share → Revoke Public Link.
The link is immediately disabled.
Public report links are accessible by anyone with the URL — no login required. Only share reports publicly when you’re comfortable with the data they contain being visible externally.

Export

Downloading Reports as PDF

To download a report as a PDF:
  1. Open the report.
  2. Click Export → Download PDF.
  3. ParsaLink renders all widgets into a formatted PDF document and downloads it to your device.
PDF exports are useful for sharing reports in email or including them in presentations.

Email Delivery

Emailing Reports

You can email a report directly from ParsaLink to one or more recipients:
  1. Open the report.
  2. Click Export → Email Report.
  3. Enter the recipient email addresses.
  4. Add an optional message.
  5. Click Send.
The recipient receives an email with the report rendered inline as HTML, plus a PDF attachment. Recipients do not need a ParsaLink account to view the emailed report.
Use email report delivery to send weekly or monthly summaries to stakeholders — for example, a pipeline report to your leadership team every Monday morning.
