Overview
What Are Reports?
Reports are collections of widgets that give you a structured view of your CRM data. Unlike the live dashboard (which is personal and pinned to your home screen), reports are named, saved documents that you can revisit, share with your team, or send to stakeholders.Access reports from AI → Reports or CRM → Reports in the sidebar.
Setup
Creating a Report
Click New Report and give it a title and optional description. You start with an empty report canvas and can add as many widgets as you need.
Widgets
Widget Types
| Widget Type | Description |
|---|---|
| AI Chart | A chart generated by asking Parsa AI a natural language question (bar, line, pie, etc.) |
| Pipeline | A visual snapshot of your opportunity pipeline by stage — value and deal count |
| Pipeline Health | Drop-off rate by stage, average cycle time, and stage velocity — built from the opportunity stage-history ledger so it captures real movement, not just the current snapshot |
| List | A filtered table of CRM records (contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, etc.) |
| Metric | A single key number with optional trend comparison (e.g., total deals closed this month vs. last month) |
