Available Integrations

ParsaLink connects with the tools your team already uses. Integrations sync data bidirectionally and surface it inside the CRM so you have one place to see everything.

Google Workspace

Sync Google Calendar, log Gmail, access Drive documents, create Docs, and generate Meet links.

Microsoft 365

Connect Outlook Calendar, Mail, OneDrive, Word, and Teams for a full Microsoft workflow.

Twilio

Enable click-to-call, automatic call logging, and SMS sending from CRM records.

Connecting an Integration

All integrations are managed from Settings → Integrations.
1

Open Integrations settings

Go to Settings → Integrations from the left sidebar.
2

Choose an integration

Find the provider you want to connect and click Connect.
3

Authorize

For OAuth-based integrations (Google, Microsoft), you’ll be redirected to the provider’s authorization page. Sign in and grant the requested permissions. For API key–based integrations (Twilio), enter your credentials in the configuration form.
4

Configure sync settings

After connecting, configure what to sync (e.g., which Google Calendar to use, which Twilio phone number to enable).

Integration Permissions

Integrations request the minimum permissions needed to function:
IntegrationPermissions Requested
Google CalendarRead/write events on your selected calendar
GmailRead messages, send on your behalf
Google DriveRead file metadata and content
Microsoft Outlook CalendarRead/write events
Microsoft MailRead messages, send on your behalf
OneDriveRead file metadata and content
TwilioUse your configured phone number for calls and SMS
ParsaLink never accesses personal data beyond what’s needed for CRM functionality. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Disconnecting an Integration

To disconnect an integration:
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find the connected integration.
  3. Click Disconnect.
Disconnecting stops future syncing. Historical data (calendar events, email logs, call records) already imported into ParsaLink remains in the CRM.
Disconnecting a Google or Microsoft integration also revokes ParsaLink’s OAuth access token. The provider will no longer show ParsaLink in their “connected apps” list.
