In-App Notifications

ParsaLink delivers real-time notifications inside the application whenever something requires your attention or involves you directly. The notification bell in the top navigation bar shows your unread count. Click it to open the notification panel. Notifications are marked as read when you click them or when you open the linked record. You can also mark all notifications as read at once from the notification panel.

Notification Types

Notifications link directly to the relevant record so you can act immediately.

Notification Preferences

You can control which notification types you receive in Settings → Notifications. For each notification type, you can choose to receive it:
  • In-app only — Appears in the notification panel, no email.
  • In-app and email — Delivered both in the app and to your account email address.
  • Off — No notification for this type.
Changes to notification preferences take effect immediately and apply only to your account — they don’t affect other team members.
Some critical notifications — such as task assignments and @mentions — cannot be disabled, as they ensure you don’t miss action items directed at you.

Daily Digest Emails

In addition to real-time notifications, ParsaLink can send a daily digest email summarizing activity from the previous day.

Individual Digest

The individual digest is sent to each team member and includes:
  • Tasks due today and overdue tasks assigned to them
  • New records assigned to them (leads, contacts)
  • Recent comments and mentions on their records
  • A summary of their upcoming calendar events

Manager Digest

Workspace owners and admins can opt into the manager digest, which provides a higher-level summary:
  • Total new leads and contacts created yesterday
  • Pipeline changes (new opportunities, stage moves, closed deals)
  • Tasks completed vs. created across the team
  • Any overdue tasks across all team members

Configuring the Digest

To enable or disable daily digest emails:
  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. Scroll to the Email Digest section.
  3. Toggle Individual Digest on or off.
  4. If you’re an admin, toggle Manager Digest on or off.
  5. Select your preferred Digest Time — the time of day the email is sent (defaults to 8:00 AM in your workspace timezone).
The manager digest is most useful for team leads who need a quick morning overview of team activity without having to check the CRM directly.
