What Parsa AI Can Do

Parsa AI is embedded throughout ParsaLink. Rather than building static reports or manually drafting every email, you interact with your CRM data through a natural language interface. Parsa AI understands your contacts, deals, leads, and activities — and can both retrieve information and take action.

AI Chat Assistant

Ask questions, create records, send emails, and get pipeline summaries through a conversational interface.

AI Analytics

Run natural language queries against your CRM data and save the results as charts on your dashboard or in reports.

AI Email Generation

Generate personalized, context-aware emails for any contact or lead. Use in chat or as an automation action.

Meeting Note Extraction

Paste raw meeting notes into the AI chat and Parsa will extract action items, create tasks, and update contact records.

AI Chat Assistant

The chat panel (accessible from the left sidebar or with Cmd/Ctrl + K) is your primary interface to Parsa AI. You can:
  • Search and retrieve — “Show me all leads from last week” or “Find the contact at Acme Corp who handles procurement.”
  • Create records — “Create a follow-up task for John Smith due Friday” or “Add a note to the Acme opportunity saying they need a custom SLA.”
  • Analyze your pipeline — “What’s my total pipeline value?” or “Which rep has the most deals in negotiation?”
  • Draft communications — “Write an introductory email to Sarah Johnson at TechCorp” or “Generate a follow-up email for a lead who went quiet.”
  • Extract meeting notes — Paste a block of meeting notes and ask Parsa to create tasks and update records.

AI Analytics

From the Analytics section or directly in the AI chat, ask natural language questions about your data:
  • “Show me leads by source over the last 90 days”
  • “What’s the pipeline value breakdown by stage?”
  • “How many deals did we close last month compared to the month before?”
The AI generates charts and tables from your live CRM data. You can save results to your dashboard or a named report.

AI Email Generation

Parsa AI can write emails tailored to the recipient using CRM context:
  • The contact’s name, company, role, and recent activity
  • The opportunity or deal context
  • Previous email history
You can trigger email generation from the AI chat panel, or use the AI Email action in an automation workflow.

Meeting Note Extraction

After a meeting, paste your raw notes into the AI chat with a prompt like:
“I just had a discovery call with Acme Corp. Here are my notes: [paste notes]. Please extract action items and update the opportunity.”
Parsa AI will:
  1. Identify tasks and create them with due dates and assignees.
  2. Add a structured note to the relevant contact or opportunity.
  3. Suggest stage updates based on what was discussed.

How AI Accesses Your CRM Data

Parsa AI has read access to all CRM records in your workspace, scoped to your user’s permissions. It does not access data from other workspaces. When AI takes actions (creating tasks, sending emails, updating records), those actions are logged in the activity timeline just like manual actions — so you always have an audit trail.
AI actions are attributed to the user who initiated them. If you ask Parsa AI to send an email, it appears in the activity log as sent by you.
