What the CRM Manages
The ParsaLink CRM is built around six core record types that represent the full lifecycle of a customer relationship:Contacts
Qualified individuals — people you’ve spoken with or are actively working with, linked to accounts.
Leads
Unqualified prospects who haven’t yet entered your sales process. Leads convert to contacts when qualified.
Accounts
Companies and organizations. Contacts and opportunities are linked to accounts for a company-level view.
Opportunities
Deals in your pipeline. Each opportunity has a value, stage, and expected close date.
Cases
Support tickets and post-sale issues linked to accounts or contacts.
Proposals
Branded proposals sent to contacts, linked to opportunities. Track views and approvals.
Dashboard Overview
The CRM dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a real-time snapshot of your pipeline:- Recent Activity Feed — Shows the latest contact updates, stage changes, and notes across the team.
- Pipeline Summary — Total opportunity value broken down by stage.
- Leads by Status — A count of new, contacted, qualified, and nurturing leads.
- Tasks Due Today — Any tasks assigned to you that are due today or overdue.
- Recent Contacts — The last 5 contacts you viewed or updated.
