Accessing Workspace Settings

Go to Settings → Workspace from the left sidebar. Only users with the Admin role can modify workspace settings.

General Settings

Workspace Name

The workspace name appears in:
  • The top of the left sidebar navigation
  • Outbound emails sent from ParsaLink (as the sender name fallback)
  • Proposals sent to clients
  • Booking page footers
Keep this set to your company or team name. Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG file for your workspace logo. The logo appears:
  • In the navigation header
  • On proposals sent to clients
  • On your booking page
Recommended size: at least 200×60px, with a transparent background for best results across light and dark backgrounds.

Timezone

Set the workspace timezone to ensure:
  • Scheduled automation triggers fire at the correct local time
  • Timestamps on activity timelines display in your team’s timezone
  • Booking availability windows align with your business hours
Each user can also set a personal timezone override in their user profile settings.

Default Currency

The currency shown on opportunity values, proposal pricing tables, and analytics. Changing this updates the display label only — it does not convert existing values.

Branding

Accent Color

Set a hex color used for branded proposal headers and booking page accents. This defaults to ParsaLink’s teal (#30C8CA) but can be changed to match your company brand.

Email Signature Default

Set a default email signature that’s pre-filled in the email composer for all team members. Individual users can override this in their user profile.

Data and Privacy

Data Retention

Configure how long activity logs, deleted records, and export history are retained. The default is 3 years. Contact support to adjust retention for compliance requirements.

Export Workspace Data

Admins can request a full data export of the workspace including all CRM records, activity logs, and settings. The export is delivered as a ZIP file of CSV and JSON files to the admin’s email address. Allow up to 24 hours for large workspaces.

Danger Zone

Rename Workspace

Renaming the workspace updates the name everywhere it appears. This is safe and does not affect any CRM data or integrations.

Delete Workspace

Permanently deletes the workspace and all its data, including all contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, cases, proposals, automations, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting a workspace is permanent and irreversible. All data, including all team member accounts and CRM records, will be destroyed. Export your data before deleting if you need to retain records.
To delete a workspace, enter the workspace name as confirmation and click Delete Workspace. A final confirmation email is sent to all admin addresses.
