AVAILABILITY & BOOKING LINKS

Set your available hours and share a booking link so prospects and clients can schedule meetings without the back-and-forth.

Overview
🔗 A booking link is a shareable URL that lets anyone schedule a meeting with you during your available hours. When someone clicks your link, they see a calendar with your open time slots, pick one, fill in their details, and the meeting is automatically created — in ParsaLink, in your connected calendar, and in their calendar.
⏱️ No more “what time works for you?” emails.

Availability

Setting Your Availability

⚙️ Go to Calendar → Availability to configure when you can be booked.

Working Hours

🕒 Set your default available hours for each day of the week. For example:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: Not available
📅 You can set different hours for different days. Toggle a day off entirely to block it from booking.

Buffer Time

⏸️ Add buffer time before and/or after meetings to avoid back-to-back scheduling:
Before meeting: 10 minutes to prepare After meeting: 15 minutes for follow-up notes

Minimum Notice

Set a minimum notice period so prospects can’t book a meeting starting in the next 30 minutes. Common values: 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours.

Maximum Advance Booking

📆 Limit how far in advance someone can book. For example, set 30 days to prevent bookings more than a month out.

Meeting Types

Creating Meeting Types

📝 You can create multiple booking link types for different meeting purposes:
FieldDescription
Meeting NameDisplayed on the booking page (e.g., “30-Minute Intro Call”)
DurationLength of the meeting (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes, or custom)
LocationVideo link (auto-generated or custom) or in-person address
DescriptionShown on the booking page — describe what the meeting is for
Buffer TimeOverride your default buffer for this meeting type
AvailabilityUse your default hours or set custom hours for this type
CRM LinkingAutomatically link bookings to a contact or lead in the CRM
🔗 After saving, each meeting type gets its own unique booking URL.

Sharing
📋 Copy your booking link from the Availability page and share it:
In email signatures
In outbound sales emails: “Feel free to grab time here: [link]“
On your website or LinkedIn profile
Inside a proposal’s “Next Steps” section
Directly from the AI chat: ask Parsa to include your booking link in a generated email

Booking Flow

The Booking Page Experience

When someone opens your booking link, they land on a hosted page with:
  • Month view — a calendar grid showing the current month with available days highlighted. Click any day to see the slot times.
  • Duration picker — choose from your enabled durations (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes). The picker only shows the durations you have enabled at Settings → Calendar → Allowed Durations, so a calendar set up for “discovery calls only” can hide everything except the 30-min option.
  • Timezone toggle — auto-detects the visitor’s timezone with a manual override.
The slot list updates whenever they change the date or the duration. Slots are computed from your working hours, buffer time, existing CRM events, and busy time pulled live from Google Calendar (if connected).
Each calendar has its own allowed_booking_durations config. A team can have one person who only takes 60-minute discoveries and another who takes 15/30/60 — the booker sees the right durations per host without you maintaining separate booking pages.

What Happens When Someone Books

1

Contact selects a time

The visitor picks a date in the month grid, then a slot that fits the duration they chose.
2

Contact fills in their details

The booking form asks for their name, email, and any custom questions you’ve configured (e.g., “What would you like to discuss?”).
3

Booking is confirmed

ParsaLink creates a calendar event and sends confirmation emails with a calendar invite to both you and the contact. If the contact is already in your CRM, the event is linked to their record.
4

New contact is created (if needed)

If the contact’s email doesn’t match an existing CRM record, ParsaLink creates a new contact with the information they provided.

Time Off

Blocking Time Off

🏖️ To block out specific dates (holidays, vacations):
1Go to Calendar → Availability → Date Overrides.
2Add a date range and mark it as unavailable.
3No bookings can be made during that period, even if it falls within your normal working hours.
📌 You can also manually block a time slot by creating a calendar event and marking it as Busy. Busy events from your connected Google or Outlook calendar are automatically detected and hidden from your booking link.
ℹ️Booking pages are public by default — anyone with the link can book a meeting. If you need password protection or CRM-only access, contact support.
