What Are Booking Links?
A booking link is a shareable URL that lets anyone schedule a meeting with you during your available hours. When someone clicks your link, they see a calendar with your open time slots, pick one, fill in their details, and the meeting is automatically created — in ParsaLink, in your connected calendar, and in their calendar. No more “what time works for you?” emails.Setting Your Availability
Go to Calendar → Availability to configure when you can be booked.Working Hours
Set your default available hours for each day of the week. For example:- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: Not available
Buffer Time
Add buffer time before and/or after meetings to avoid back-to-back scheduling:- Before meeting: 10 minutes to prepare
- After meeting: 15 minutes for follow-up notes
Minimum Notice
Set a minimum notice period so prospects can’t book a meeting starting in the next 30 minutes. Common values: 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours.Maximum Advance Booking
Limit how far in advance someone can book. For example, set 30 days to prevent bookings more than a month out.Creating Meeting Types
You can create multiple booking link types for different meeting purposes:| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Meeting Name | Displayed on the booking page (e.g., “30-Minute Intro Call”) |
| Duration | Length of the meeting (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes, or custom) |
| Location | Video link (auto-generated or custom) or in-person address |
| Description | Shown on the booking page — describe what the meeting is for |
| Buffer Time | Override your default buffer for this meeting type |
| Availability | Use your default hours or set custom hours for this type |
| CRM Linking | Automatically link bookings to a contact or lead in the CRM |
Sharing Your Booking Link
Copy your booking link from the Availability page and share it:- In email signatures
- In outbound sales emails: “Feel free to grab time here: [link]”
- On your website or LinkedIn profile
- Inside a proposal’s “Next Steps” section
- Directly from the AI chat: ask Parsa to include your booking link in a generated email
What Happens When Someone Books
Contact selects a time
The visitor sees your available time slots and picks one that works for them.
Contact fills in their details
The booking form asks for their name, email, and any custom questions you’ve configured (e.g., “What would you like to discuss?”).
Booking is confirmed
ParsaLink creates a calendar event and sends confirmation emails with a calendar invite to both you and the contact. If the contact is already in your CRM, the event is linked to their record.
Blocking Time Off
To block out specific dates (holidays, vacations):- Go to Calendar → Availability → Date Overrides.
- Add a date range and mark it as unavailable.
- No bookings can be made during that period, even if it falls within your normal working hours.
Booking pages are public by default — anyone with the link can book a meeting. If you need password protection or CRM-only access, contact support.
