Calendar Features

The ParsaLink calendar helps you schedule meetings with prospects and customers without the back-and-forth. Set your availability, share a booking link, and let contacts pick a time that works — all connected to your CRM so meetings are automatically linked to the right records.

Events

Create and manage calendar events. Add attendees, attach meeting links, and link events to CRM contacts and opportunities.

Availability & Booking Links

Define your available hours and generate a shareable booking link so contacts can schedule time without the email tag.

Calendar Views

Switch between three views from the top of the Calendar page:
  • Month — High-level overview of all events in the current month.
  • Week — A detailed view of your schedule across 7 days, with time-slot granularity.
  • Day — A focused view of a single day, showing events and open time slots.

Syncing with External Calendars

ParsaLink syncs bidirectionally with connected calendar providers:
  • Google Calendar — Connect via the Google Workspace integration. Events created in ParsaLink appear in Google Calendar and vice versa.
  • Microsoft Outlook Calendar — Connect via the Microsoft 365 integration. Works the same way.
When a calendar is connected, ParsaLink reads your busy times to prevent double-booking when contacts use your booking link. See Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for connection instructions.

Linking Meetings to CRM Records

Every event in ParsaLink can be linked to:
  • Contacts — The people attending the meeting.
  • Opportunities — The deal this meeting is related to.
  • Accounts — The company involved.
Linked events appear in the Activity Timeline of those records, so anyone on your team can see the meeting history without digging through a calendar. When creating an event, add a video conferencing link:
  • Google Meet — Automatically generates a Meet link if Google Workspace is connected.
  • Microsoft Teams — Automatically generates a Teams link if Microsoft 365 is connected.
  • Custom URL — Paste any Zoom, Webex, or other conferencing URL.
The meeting link is included in calendar invites sent to attendees.
When you book a meeting via your booking link (see Availability), ParsaLink automatically creates a CRM event, logs it on the linked contact’s timeline, and sends calendar invites to all parties.
