Dashboard Overview

The CRM Dashboard is your home base in ParsaLink. It surfaces the most important information across your CRM at a glance — without requiring you to navigate through individual sections. Access the dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the left sidebar or navigating to the root of your CRM.

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, summary cards display key counts and trends for your workspace:
CardWhat It Shows
Open LeadsTotal leads not yet converted or closed, with week-over-week change
Active ContactsTotal contacts in active stages
Open OpportunitiesCount and total pipeline value of open deals
Open CasesTotal unresolved support cases
Tasks Due TodayTasks assigned to you with a due date of today
Each card shows the current value alongside a trend indicator (up or down) compared to the previous period, so you can immediately see whether key metrics are growing or declining.

Pipeline Summary

Below the summary cards, the Pipeline Summary shows a snapshot of your opportunity pipeline by stage:
  • Stage name and deal count
  • Total value for each stage
  • Weighted pipeline value (value × probability) per stage
This gives you a fast read on where revenue is concentrated in your funnel and where deals may be stalling.

Saved Analytics Widgets

Widgets you’ve pinned from AI Analytics appear in a customizable grid on your dashboard. Each widget is a live chart or metric that automatically re-runs its underlying query against current data when the dashboard loads. To add a widget:
  1. Run an analytics query in AI → Analytics.
  2. Click Save to Dashboard below the result.
  3. Give the widget a name and click Save.
  4. The widget appears on your dashboard immediately.
To remove a widget, enter Edit Mode by clicking Edit Dashboard in the top-right corner, then click the × icon on the widget you want to remove. To rearrange widgets, drag them into the desired order while in Edit Mode.
Pin your most important KPIs — like “Pipeline by Stage” or “Leads Created This Month by Source” — so they’re visible every time you open the CRM.

Recent Activities Feed

The Recent Activities section shows a live feed of the latest actions taken across your CRM, including:
  • New leads and contacts created
  • Stage changes on contacts, leads, and opportunities
  • Emails sent and received
  • Calls logged
  • Notes added
  • Tasks completed
By default, the feed shows activity across your entire workspace. Use the My Activity toggle to filter to only your own actions.

Upcoming Tasks

The Upcoming Tasks section lists tasks assigned to you that are due soon:
  • Overdue tasks appear at the top, highlighted in red.
  • Tasks due today are listed next.
  • Tasks due in the next 7 days follow.
Click any task to open its linked record directly. Click the checkmark to complete a task without leaving the dashboard.

Quick Actions

The dashboard includes a Quick Actions toolbar for the most common CRM actions:
ActionWhat It Does
Add ContactOpens the new contact form
Create OpportunityOpens the new opportunity form
Log a CallCreates a call activity on any record
New TaskCreates a task linked to any record

Dashboard Refresh and Caching

The dashboard loads a fresh snapshot of your data each time you open it. Summary cards, the pipeline summary, and the activity feed reflect data as of the current moment. Saved analytics widgets are refreshed when the dashboard loads and are cached for up to 5 minutes. If you make a significant change (like adding a batch of leads) and want the widget to reflect it immediately, click Refresh on the individual widget or reload the dashboard page.
Dashboard data is scoped to your workspace. Team members see the same summary cards and pipeline data but each person’s Upcoming Tasks section shows only their own assigned tasks.
