Accessing Billing

Go to Settings → Billing. Only users with the Admin role can view or modify billing settings.

Free

Free forever for individuals trying ParsaLink out. Auto-provisioned when you sign up — no card required.

Starter — $15/user/month

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

Click Upgrade Plan from the Billing page to move to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’re billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrading

Click Change Plan and select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., more active automations than the plan allows), you’ll be prompted to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling

Click Cancel Subscription to cancel at the end of the current billing period. Your workspace remains active until the period ends. You can reactivate at any time before deletion.
Cancelled workspaces are retained for 90 days after the subscription ends. After 90 days, the workspace and all its data is permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if you need to keep records.

Seats

Seats and Billing

You’re billed per active seat — each user in an Active status counts as a seat. Deactivated users do not count.
  • Admin and User seats — Billed at the full seat rate.
  • Client Viewer seats — Billed at a reduced rate (typically 20% of a full seat).
Adding a new team member mid-cycle adds a prorated seat charge for the remainder of the billing period.

Credits

Parsa Credits

Parsa Credits are the workspace’s metered budget for usage that costs us real money on the backend: AI/LLM requests, AI email generation, Lead Generation runs, SMS sends, and overage on high-volume email sending. Every plan ships with a monthly credit allowance that resets on the billing anniversary. Credits never roll over — unspent allowance is lost at the end of the month — but purchased credits (from Credit Packs) never expire.

How Credits Get Consumed

  • AI chat — one credit per turn (more if the response is unusually long)
  • AI email generation — credits scale with the number of contacts and the prompt size
  • AI analytics — credits per chart generated
  • Lead generation — credits per harvest run, scaling with target count and adapter
  • SMS — credits per SMS sent via the managed Twilio relay
  • Email digest — one credit per digest written

Credit Limit Exceeded

When a workspace runs out, AI actions surface an explicit “Workspace ran out of Parsa Credits” error rather than silently degrading. The user gets a clear prompt to either:
  • Buy a Credit Pack (top-up that never expires)
  • Upgrade the plan to a tier with a higher monthly allowance
  • Wait until the monthly allowance resets

Credit Packs

Credit Packs are one-time top-ups that never expire — useful for filling the gap between monthly allowances during a big push (campaign launch, end-of-quarter outreach, demo prep). You can purchase them from the Billing page:

Credits don’t expire. Unused credits roll over month to month.

ParsaLink accepts:
  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • ACH bank transfer (Business and Enterprise plans)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise plans only)
To update your payment method, go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click Update Card.

Invoices

Invoices

All invoices are available from Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Click any invoice to download a PDF. Invoices are also emailed to the billing email address on file (defaults to the workspace owner’s email).
