Accessing Billing
Go to Settings → Billing. Only users with the Admin role can view or modify billing settings.
Plans
ParsaLink offers tiered plans based on team size and features:
Starter
For small teams and individual users getting started with CRM.
- Up to 3 active users
- All CRM modules (contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities)
- Basic automations (5 active automations)
- Email sending (SMTP only)
- AI chat (100 queries/month)
- Community support
Growth
For growing sales teams that need more automations and AI features.
- Up to 15 active users
- All CRM modules including Cases and Proposals

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
Click Upgrade Plan from the Billing page to move to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’re billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading
Click Change Plan and select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., more active automations than the plan allows), you’ll be prompted to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
Cancelling
Click Cancel Subscription to cancel at the end of the current billing period. Your workspace remains active until the period ends. You can reactivate at any time before deletion.
Cancelled workspaces are retained for 90 days after the subscription ends. After 90 days, the workspace and all its data is permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if you need to keep records.
Seats and Billing
You’re billed per active seat — each user in an Active status counts as a seat. Deactivated users do not count.
- Admin and User seats — Billed at the full seat rate.
- Client Viewer seats — Billed at a reduced rate (typically 20% of a full seat).
Adding a new team member mid-cycle adds a prorated seat charge for the remainder of the billing period.
Credit Packs
Some features (AI queries on Starter plans, SMS via Twilio relay, and overage for high-volume email sending) are billed via credits. You can purchase credit packs from the Billing page:

Credits don’t expire. Unused credits roll over month to month.
Payment Methods
ParsaLink accepts:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- ACH bank transfer (Business and Enterprise plans)
- Wire transfer (Enterprise plans only)
To update your payment method, go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click Update Card.
Invoices
All invoices are available from Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Click any invoice to download a PDF. Invoices are also emailed to the billing email address on file (defaults to the workspace owner’s email).
