> Configure your ParsaLink workspace — name, branding, timezone, currency, and general preferences.

  Admins can request a full data export of the workspace including all CRM records, activity logs, and settings. The export is delivered as a ZIP file of CSV and JSON files to the admin's email address. Allow up to 24 hours for large workspaces.

  Renaming the workspace updates the name everywhere it appears. This is safe and does not affect any CRM data or integrations.

### Delete Workspace

  Permanently deletes the workspace and all its data, including all contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, cases, proposals, automations, and settings. This action cannot be undone.

  Deleting a workspace is permanent and irreversible. All data, including all team member accounts and CRM records, will be destroyed. Export your data before deleting if you need to retain records.

  To delete a workspace, enter the workspace name as confirmation and click <strong>Delete Workspace</strong>. A final confirmation email is sent to all admin addresses.
